Outside of her professional endeavors, Tomilayo channels her creativity as a content creator and makeup artist. She contributes to various commercial projects through her captivating video content, showcasing her talent and versatility. Additionally, her passion for makeup allows her to empower individuals by enhancing their natural beauty.

She qualified as a Lawyer with specialist focus on Humn & Institutional capacity development, Governance & technical policy planning, Rights & Public law advocacy.
Her 30+ years work experience includes technical public policy planning, accountability advisory services to government agencies, non-profit organizations and private corporations.
She has held consulting roles with the world Bank, The Gates Foundation and DFID, leading and managing high impact social policy implementation projects in Education, Minority rights/inclusion, Agriculture.
She has also led on strategic Human Capital development projects/Change Management projects in various private sector organizations.
